Skillify by Aamir Freelancer is a registered IT firm in Pakistan providing digital skills training to youth through online and offline modes. By enrolling in any course, program, workshop, or training offered by Skillify by Aamir Freelancer, the student agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Admission is confirmed only after full or agreed installment fee payment.
• Skillify by Aamir Freelancer reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application without providing a reason.
• Students must provide accurate personal, educational, and contact information at the time of registration.

2. Fee Policy

• All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Fees once paid cannot be adjusted to another course, batch, or student.
• Skillify reserves the right to revise course fees, schedules, or content without prior notice.

3. Training & Earning Disclaimer

• Skillify by Aamir Freelancer does not guarantee 100% earning, job placement, freelancing success, or income after completion of any course.
• Success in freelancing, SEO, SMM, graphics, video editing, cyber security, or any other skill depends entirely on the student’s effort, consistency, learning ability, and market conditions.
• Any income figures, case studies, or success stories shared are for educational and motivational purposes only.

4. Attendance Policy

• Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory for all courses (online or offline).
• Students with less than 80% attendance may be terminated from the institute without any fee refund.
• Attendance is tracked through class participation, login records, or physical presence.

5. Certification Policy

• Course completion certificates will be issued only after passing the final assessment/test.
• Students failing the final test will not be eligible for certification.
• Certificates are for skill validation and training completion only and do not guarantee employment or earnings.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professional behavior with trainers, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, abusive language, plagiarism, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination.
• Skillify maintains a zero-tolerance policy for cheating or misuse of institute resources.

7. Training Content & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, recordings, notes, designs, and resources are the intellectual property of Skillify by Aamir Freelancer.
• Students are not allowed to copy, distribute, sell, or share training material without written permission.
• Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

8. Class Schedule & Changes

• Skillify reserves the right to modify class timings, trainers, course outlines, or delivery methods if required.
• In case of technical issues, holidays, or unavoidable circumstances, classes may be rescheduled.

9. Online Training Responsibilities

• For online courses, students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, compatible device, and basic technical setup.
• Skillify is not responsible for missed classes due to student-side technical issues.

10. Termination Policy

• Skillify by Aamir Freelancer reserves the right to terminate a student for:
  • Violation of terms & conditions
  • Poor attendance
  • Misconduct or unethical behavior
  • Non-compliance with institute rules
• No refund will be issued in case of termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Skillify by Aamir Freelancer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including financial loss, job loss, or business loss, arising from the use of training or skills learned.
• Students agree that training is provided on a best-effort educational basis.

12. Privacy Policy

• Student data will be used only for academic, administrative, and communication purposes.
• Skillify does not sell or share student data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Acceptance of Terms

• By enrolling in any course, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
• These terms apply to all courses, including but not limited to Freelancing, SEO, SMM, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Cyber Security, and 100+ other digital skill programs.
