These Terms & Conditions govern the engagement of trainers with Skillify by Aamir Freelancer, a registered IT firm in Pakistan providing digital skills training (online and offline). By accepting a trainer role, the trainer agrees to comply with all terms stated below.

1. Eligibility & Qualification

• The trainer must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Freelancing or online business relevant to the training domain.
• The trainer must be actively working in freelancing, remote work, or online business at the time of engagement.
• Skillify reserves the right to verify experience through portfolios, profiles, client work, or interviews.

2. Police Verification & Background Check

• Police verification is mandatory and must be provided before or during onboarding.
• Any false information, hidden criminal record, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination.
• Skillify does not take responsibility or accountability for any criminal activity committed by the trainer.

3. Nature of Engagement

• Trainers may be hired on a contract, project-based, percentage-based, or lump-sum salary model.
• Engagement does not establish permanent employment unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Skillify reserves the right to revise training assignments, batches, or workload at any time.

4. Compensation & Salary Policy

• Trainer compensation may be:
  • Percentage-based (per student, batch, or revenue share)
  • Lump-sum fixed amount
• No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided.
• Trainers shall not demand salary increases during the agreed contract period. Any increment is solely at the discretion of Skillify.
• Salary payments are subject to attendance, performance, student feedback, and compliance with institute policies.

5. Attendance & Performance

• Trainers must follow assigned schedules strictly (online or onsite).
• Repeated late arrivals, missed sessions, or poor performance may lead to penalties or termination.
• Trainers are expected to maintain updated industry knowledge and deliver practical, market-relevant training.

6. Privacy, Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All training materials, course outlines, recordings, LMS data, student information, and internal processes are confidential and proprietary to Skillify by Aamir Freelancer.
• Trainers are strictly prohibited from:
  • Sharing institute data with third parties
  • Recording or reselling training content
  • Using Skillify content for personal institutes or platforms without written permission
• All content created during training remains the intellectual property of Skillify.

7. Code of Conduct

• Trainers must maintain professional behavior with students, staff, and management.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Trainers must not engage in personal promotion, student poaching, or competing training activities during association with Skillify.

8. Conflict of Interest & Non-Conspiracy Clause

• Trainers shall not engage in any conspiracy, defamation, or activities harmful to Skillify’s reputation or operations.
• In case of involvement in any conspiracy, fraud, data theft, or reputational damage, Skillify reserves the right to take strict legal action under applicable laws of Pakistan.

9. Termination Policy

• Skillify by Aamir Freelancer reserves the absolute right to terminate the trainer’s contract at any time without providing any reason or prior notice.
• The trainer may also resign by providing notice as per the agreed contract (if applicable).
• No compensation beyond earned dues will be payable after termination.

10. Criminal Liability Disclaimer

• Skillify by Aamir Freelancer shall not be held responsible for any illegal, unethical, or criminal act committed by the trainer.
• Any legal consequences arising from the trainer’s actions shall be borne solely by the trainer.

11. Compliance with Laws (2025–2026)

• Trainers must comply with all applicable Pakistan cyber laws, PECA Act, intellectual property laws, and labor regulations.
• Any violation of local, national, or digital laws may result in immediate termination and legal proceedings.

12. Use of Institute Name & Branding

• Trainers may not use Skillify’s name, logo, or branding for personal marketing, social media, or external training without written approval.
• Misuse of branding may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Skillify shall not be liable for loss of income, business opportunities, or reputation suffered by the trainer during or after engagement.
• Trainers acknowledge that training results depend on student effort and market conditions.

14. Amendments

• Skillify reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued engagement after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.

15. Acceptance of Terms

• By signing or accepting the trainer role, the trainer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
